• Permit procedure – Contact and co-ordination with the relevant Departments, evaluation of the environmental impacts, precaution/reduction design of them
• Complete Design – Preliminary and Final Design, estimate the quantity of construction materials, construction budget
• Construction materials – Detection and evaluation of the sources, quality, cost, technical specifications
